Bank credit transfer as well as expenses, which must be charged by the customer, are credited on the above account.

2. Credit card: Visa and Master card [ form of authorization will sent to you by request ]

For payment by credit card, 3% of expenses are charged by customer who has to fill in the form and make a copy of his credit card, then both documents must be faxed to the following number: (84.4) 37567862.

The form and photocopy of your passport must be sent to which are regarded as the final and legal proof of your payment for ASIA PACIFIC TRAVEL.

As the payment has been made, ASIA PACIFIC TRAVEL will draw up a confirmation  which is considered a contract between two parties.

If you don’t want to show your credit card, we would like to provide you  an optional method of payment online by credit card  with Vietnamese  System  www.onepay.vn  through our secure website link.

3. Money Transfer:

Payment by money transfer service of Western Union
You can choose many of bank agents of Western Union in your country or do it online to transfer money to our company. Please follow the guide of http://www.westernunion.com
After that, please send us the bank code of this transaction by fax/ mail, then if it is approved, we will send you the confirmation. (Bank charge may apply. This, if any, will be settled by client)

4 .Liability
ASIA PACIFIC TRAVEL is committed to doing it's utmost to provide the services to the best of it's capacity and upon the satisfaction of it's clients. It's the understanding of the concerned parties that we acts as an intermediary between the clients and airlines, hotels, transport operators and other contractors providing the services to it's clients.

ASIA PACIFIC TRAVEL will in no event be liable to the clients, by reason of breach of services or unsatisfactory services provided to the clients by third parties or by way of indemnity or in tort or otherwise, for any loss, injury, damage, delay and change in schedule or other adverse events, which are beyond the control of ASIA PACIFIC TRAVEL and /or sustained by an act or default of any person or company providing the services to the clients. The clients warrant that AASIA PACIFIC TRAVEL will not be responsible and/or liable for any additional expense and/or damage incurred due to any delay, accidents, natural disasters, political changes or social unrests.

5. Claims
All disputes, claims and litigation regarding the services will first be settled by way of negotiations and mutual understanding. In the event such negotiations and mutual understanding fail. The disputes, claims and litigation will be finally settled by arbitration of the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. All claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days after the end of the services.

6.Insurance

Upon request. Insurance fee is 1.5USD per day per person, covered with accident insurance up to 10000 USD ( Ten thousand US Dollars) by Vietnam Insurance Company “BaoViet”.
